Almost an Aussie , the book , is being completed on schedule and the complete four part book will be officially released by December 10th , 2012 any customer who buys the book prior to its completion will receive , Almost an Aussie , by mail the first week of December , completed and signed by Mike .

Almost an Aussie , is an auto-biography about Mike Colandro and his amazing journey to become a World Class Champion . It is written in four parts and starts with Mike’s wonderful time competing in Australia & New Zealand. The great people he met there and how he lost his fiancée, Georgia, in a tragic car crash in 1986. Then in 1987 , he finally became a champion , winning the , Air New Zealand Shell Open in Auckland , New Zealand .

The book then takes the reader back to the Early Days where Mike fell in love with the game and at a young age learned the basics from his Dad . It takes you through his years on the U. S. PGA Tour, the Asian Tour, European Tour, Canadian Tour and competing in the U. S. Open and Open Championships. The last part takes you to his entertainment days , Limo driving , Golf Instruction and his struggles with the challenge of living with Diabetes .
